Upton Estate is owned by the The Bearsted Family, who in 1927 set about making it their country home. Upton House is today managed by The National Trust.
The estate is in an area of outstanding natural beauty straddling the Oxfordshire / Warwickshire county borders.
Covering around 2000 acres, the Estate is involved in a diverse range of rural activities from farming, wildlife conservation and woodland management, through to the breeding and racing of National Hunt horses, and the development and letting of residential and commercial premises and the provision of renewable energy.
